Reading is a head-to-head knockout regatta over ~1500m, and only race winners are timed - so each band lists the crews that won at least one race (fastest of their rounds), sorted fastest to slowest. 1500m times are scaled to 2000m, with an adjustment made in the GMT calc to allow for the fact the race is over 1.5k (approx 7.5 seconds added to the time when calculating GMT, since crews fade more over the longer 2k). 🏆 marks the crew that actually won the band final (usually, but not always, the fastest).
